Check your connection

Sign in with Xtream Codes
Enter the server, username and password from your IPTV Adult email.
Set your PIN
Turn on parental control in the app and choose a PIN for the adult categories.

Lock the adult section
Open the app settings, find Parental control, choose a PIN, and tick the adult categories. Step-by-step screens are in our parental control guide.
If a channel buffers
- Restart the device and router.
- Use Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi.
- Choose the HD version instead of 4K.
