If IPTV Adult cannot be made to work on your device, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. We will first try to solve the problem with you; most issues come down to the app or Wi-Fi and are fixed quickly.
Covered
- The service does not play on your device after our setup help.
- You were charged twice for one order.
Not covered
- Requests made after 7 days.
- Issues caused only by your internet connection or an unsupported device, once explained.
- Accounts suspended for sharing, resale or use by a minor.
- A change of mind after normal use.

Use the contact form with your order email and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
