  • Account security: You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Any breach of these account rules will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your subscription without refund.

SECTION 05

Acceptable Use Policy

By using the Service, you agree to use it solely for your personal, private, and non-commercial viewing purposes. You agree that you will:

  • Use the Service only on devices you own or control.
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of all content providers.
  • Maintain a minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps as required for optimal streaming performance.
  • Contact our support team before requesting a refund so we can attempt to resolve any technical issues.

Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:

  • Restreaming: Broadcasting, recording, or restreaming any content to a third party or public audience.
  • Credential sharing: Distributing your M3U link or login credentials to any other person.
  • Reselling: Offering your subscription access as part of any commercial product or service.
  • Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or tamper with our platform or infrastructure.
  • Automated access: Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or download content from the Service.
  • Abuse of support: Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour directed at our support team.

⚠️ Zero Tolerance: We actively monitor for credential sharing and restreaming. Violations will result in permanent account termination with no eligibility for a refund.

SECTION 07

Payment & Billing

All subscriptions are prepaid. By completing a payment, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee for the selected plan. Payments are processed securely and we do not store your full payment details.

Subscription Plans

We offer several subscription durations (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months). The specific pricing, features, and duration of your chosen plan are displayed at the point of purchase. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We offer a limited 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for qualifying technical issues. Non-Payment

If a payment fails or is not received, your account will be suspended until payment is completed. We reserve the right to permanently terminate accounts with outstanding failed payments.

SECTION 08

Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable, high-uptime streaming experience. However, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance or infrastructure upgrades.
  • Unexpected technical failures or force majeure events.
  • Third-party content provider interruptions or licensing changes.
  • ISP or network issues outside of our control.

Note: Temporary channel unavailability or stream interruptions do not automatically qualify for a refund. Our technical team will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Please contact support before submitting a refund request.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Adult IPTV operates a strict zero-log policy. We do not monitor, store, or sell your personal viewing activity or browsing data.

Intellectual Property

All content accessible through the Service, including but not limited to video streams, channel names, logos, and VOD titles, is the property of their respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Adult IPTV does not claim ownership of third-party content. The Service acts as a technical delivery platform. You agree not to copy, download, reproduce, or publicly display any content accessed through the Service.

Our brand name, logo, website design, and all original materials created by Adult IPTV are our exclusive intellectual property and may not be used without prior written permission.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have:

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued. You may also terminate your subscription at any time, subject to our Refund Policy regarding remaining subscription periods.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adult IPTV and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, service interruptions, or damages resulting from third-party content. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the current subscription period.

Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
